The reCOVEry was founded by Carolyn, a seasoned personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping people get stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. Like many, her business shifted to the virtual space during COVID—but instead of slowing down, she used the time to adapt, innovate, and come back stronger. When in-person training returned, Carolyn expanded into group training, building a community centered on movement, strength, and accountability.
With a professional background in athletic training and rehabilitation, Carolyn saw a gap that too many fitness spaces ignore: recovery. Years of working alongside physical therapists and treating athletes taught her that many injuries could be prevented with proper, safe training paired with intentional recovery.
The reCOVEry was born from that vision—a place where training and recovery go hand in hand. Here, performance isn’t just about how hard you push, but how well you restore. Every program is designed with a deep understanding of the body, so members can train smarter, recover harder, and feel their best—both now and for years to come.
