I'm Carolyn Smith, a Certified Athletic Trainer with over 10 years of experience working with athletes of all ages.
I saw the same pattern over and over again: People were taught how to push, grind, and perform...but not how to recover, listen to their bodies, or build longevity.
THE reCOVEry was created to change that.
